NAP
In preparation for Glory Wars becoming a regular thing, we are updating the NAP to account for this. It's a simple change: in addition to HIVES being safe, you will also be considered safe if you are near ANY alliance centers. This is to encourage folks to help the state during Glory Wars without risk of being attacked. We still encourage you to port back home after Tuesday's Glory War to complete your dailies.
Amended NAP The NAP includes specific alliances: MER, AP1, DdD, BoB, INT, ZOO, PTN, W1N, HAN, DRK, PAK, WiLD, fsk.
PLEASE READ THIS PART 2 OR 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND. To stay in the NAP, alliances must meet these requirements: 20+ members, have an R4/R5 in the S10 leadership discord, actively share state guidance (e.g., no trucks during State Ruler), and remove members inactive for 7+ days weekly. NAP protects HQs in your hive or near ANY alliance center clusters, tiles, and world mine hits. Tanks, Mines Melee, Trucks and Arena are not protected.
On any day other than Enemy Buster and the DAY AFTER, inactive HQs outside hives or alliance centers may be looted. Clarifications:
Inactive = no active movement. You CANNOT loot looters if they are actively moving.
You do not need to contact an R4/R5 to confirm inactivity.
If you port to raid, port back before going offline.
You are free to defend a teammate outside your hive.
Territory outside your hive or not near an alliance center is NOT considered safe.
AC proximity safety is a 24/7 thing.
You are safe near ANYONE'S AC.
Generally avoid someone if they are questionably close to an AC.
The responsibility is for active HQs to get back to your hive. If you need to remember one phrase, it's: If you are outside your hive or near any alliance center, and not actively moving, you are at risk of being looted.
